Hey Yogis, I know life has got a little weird with COVID-19 and we are now seeing the new norm taking place.
I am so excited to be back teaching at some Yoga studios across Berkshire/Buckinghamshire (keep up with my schedule on Instagram @happyheartflow and join me).
However for you of those that cannot, please do continue to join me for LIVE ONLINE YOGA CLASSES via the ZOOM APP
(Download onto your phone, tablet or laptop).
I would absolutely love to see your faces and have your support!

How to Book a Session?
Have a little look at my timetable below (subject to change as we transition back into some normality). If you cannot find a time that works for you then please drop me a message and I'll see what I can do.
Book onto a session by contributing a donation for class via Paypal.
When booking please indicate which session this is for in the comments.
Once booked, I will then email you a link to come and join the Zoom class at least an hour before, alongside a playlist you can play during class.
Please download the Zoom app prior to your chosen class and then lets flow together. Easy as that :)
Prices & Plans
Being a Freelance Yoga Teacher is my whole livelihood. Sadly due to the current pandemic I lost all my work, like many I'm unable to get any government support.
However, I Fizz am here for you all via virtual form to help nourish and restore your mind, body and soul with my flows and I really hope you can join me and switch off from the craziness :D
Classes are 'pay what you can', if you can't give right now that's OK. You are still welcome to join in, just message me.
In order to help me help you, I would truly appreciate a suggested contribution of:
£7 - £10 per class
This is to help me stay a-float during this sudden unemployment, whilst I provide you with all the yoga fizz vibes :) Thank you so much for the support already!
But if you are struggling at this time to pay for these sessions, then please do contact me, as I know it's a tough time for many, so would love for you to still join in.

MONDAY - RISE & SHINE YOGA 45
7.30am - 8.15am
Rise & Shine yoga pushes you to dive deeper into your morning practice. The focus is on alignment and breath, and a special emphasis on awakening our senses. This is a popular one, so go ahead and book today.
MONDAY - MOVE & RESTORE 60
7pm - 8pm
A lovely gentle movement, breath and restorative flow based class.
For anyone new to my movement flow classes, we will start with breath work, adding on some asana and releasing into some meditation & yin.
Suitable for all abilities. Beginners welcome :)
WEDNESDAY - POWER YOGA SCULPT 60
6pm - 7pm
Power deeper into your practice through dynamic and strength building movements. Perfect practice to let go of any work stresses and sculpt your body. The focus is on alignment and breath, and a special emphasis on proper technique helps you refine your form.
SATURDAY- FLOW 60
10.30 - 11.30am
Test your mind & body through this calming but also challenging flow class. Combining mobility tai-chi inspired movements with strength and flexibility to help you feel renewed.You will focus on balance, core strengthening work and graceful transitions, whilst being mindful of the breath, ending with a full body meditation. Book on.
SUNDAY- POSITIVELY CALM YOGA 60
Longing for that Sunday lie in and brunch date with yourself? How about adding yoga to your schedule? Relax and Renew with the exclusive Sunday snooze! You won't want to snooze your alarm for this one. Bring blankets and a cushion to have an extra nap before brunch.
This class will incorporate some slow flow movement & meditation. To set your self care routine to the next level.
