Yoga & Brekky Club - Feb 2024

I am super excited to be back  collaborating with Garden of Eden for another ' Happy Heart Flow x Garden Of Eden' Wellness Event in Windsor for our Monthy Yoga & Brekky Club (becuase what a joy it is to feel that on a Saturday morning!)

These events will sure be full of joy from start to finish.

We will begin with a 45 minute yoga flow sequence, starting with stretching and opening our bodies, to release any of those saturday morning aches and pains away, before progressing onto strengthening, lengthening and energising our minds & bodies to truly wake up well. We will then cool the practice right down with a deep relaxation, as we lay back in savasana and feel our smiles come alive as the morning light penetrates our skins, through the beautiful glass windows in Garden of Eden. 

The next bit of time (if you'd like to stay in our company) we will spend connecting and chatting over yummy vegan (gluten free/ ceoliac friendly also available) goodies + a hot/cold beverage of your choice from the menu (ALL INCLUDED IN YOUR TICKET). 

So be sure to book on quick! As we will have LIMITED SPACES! 

Yoga, Vegan goodies, barista made coffee/teas and deep meaningful chats - 3 of my greatest loves. We will leave and head off into the rest of our weekends feeling joyful, well-energised and inspired.

Price is £32 including class and refreshments.

* Please arrive for 8.20am sharp, as the store will be shut to the public, so we will secretely be escorted up to the cafe from the staff entrance, to begin our session for 8.30am on the dot! 

* Please bring your own mats :)
