Winter Foliage Painting & Sound Bath 🌿✨

Join us for a magical, cosy evening of creativity, relaxation and reconnection at Other Space Arts as part of our Sober Wednesday Event Series.

Unwind from the everyday and embrace the beauty of the season with a unique experience combining winter foliage painting with Kayleigh from Aurik Art and a grounding sound journey meditation with Fizz @happyheartflow.

Whether you're an experienced artist or picking up a paintbrush for the first time, this welcoming, inclusive evening is all about slowing down, exploring your creativity and finding a little calm. Let the natural beauty of winter inspire your artwork before settling into a soothing sound bath designed to help you relax, recharge and reconnect with yourself.

Come as you are, enjoy a mindful evening in good company, and leave feeling refreshed and creatively inspired.

No experience or materials are needed — just bring yourself and an open mind.
