About the event
I am super excited to share a new collaboration of ' Happy Heart Flow x Garden Of Eden' Wellness Events in Windsor, Berkshire called:
Wake Up Well & Happy!
These events will be full of joy from start to finish.
We will begin with a 45 minute yoga flow sequence, starting with stretching and opening our bodies, to release any of those saturday morning aches and pains away, before progressing onto strengthening, lengthening and energising our minds & bodies to truly wake up well. We will then cool the practice right down with a deep relaxation, as we lay back in savasana and feel our smiles come alive as the summer morning light penetrates our skins, through the beautiful glass windows in Garden of Eden.
