About the event
I am super excited to be back collaborating with Garden of Eden for another ' Happy Heart Flow x Garden Of Eden' Wellness Event in Windsor called:
Wake Up Well & Happy! (becuase what a joy it is to feel that on a Saturday morning!)
These events will sure be full of joy from start to finish.
We will begin with a 45 minute yoga flow sequence, starting with stretching and opening our bodies, to release any of those saturday morning aches and pains away, before progressing onto strengthening, lengthening and energising our minds & bodies to truly wake up well. We will then cool the practice right down with a deep relaxation, as we lay back in savasana and feel our smiles come alive as the morning light penetrates our skins, through the beautiful glass windows in Garden of Eden.
