WELLBEING WORKSHOPS FOR CHILDREN & YOUNG PEOPLE
Are you a school teacher or work with children in an educational setting? are you looking to teach children and young people about the importance of why healthy eating, wellbeing and a healthy lifestyle, is so key from a young age?
Well, Fizz's wellbeing workshops are highly recognised across Berkshire & with highly recognised children's charities.
Workshops include lessons on:
- What is a healthy lifestyle?
- What does a balanced plate look like?
- How much sugar should we eat?
- Why exercise is important?
- How to become calmer?
Fizz teaches children the importance of movement and breathing. Especially stating the importance of the UK Goverment's recommended of 60 mins of exercise a day.
The unique thing about Fizz is that, she began exploring healthy living lifestyles from a young age to support her heart health, as well as learning the art of yoga and breathing. Therefore she's not only an expereinced practitioner, she truly speaks from life experience, which helps her connect deeper to understand a child's mindset.
